How do I place an order?
It is a piece of cake, click the “Add To Cart” button from the page displaying the item you wish to purchase and follow through with the checkout process inputting your billing information.
How do you deliver items?
All products are virtual and downloadable. You will get the download link to download product you purchased after making payment on checkout. There is no physical delivery is involved.
When do you charge my credit/debit card?
We charge your credit/debit card when you place an order with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, wire transfers, checks. If you wish to pay other than credit/debit card, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Do you store my payment or other details?
No. All payments are done through encrypted form. We only use your contact details to provide you a smooth & timely update.
Do you sell internationally?
No, we sell only in India. It is exclusively Indian shop with only Indian products.
When will I receive my item(s)?
Instantly. As you make payment, you get the download link of the item you purchased.
Can I cancel an order?
Sorry to hear that, but all the products are digital. As you make payment your order is completed and you get download link so there is no scope of order cancellation.
What is your return policy?
There is absolutely no return policy. As you know all products are virtual and digital. You get only copy of the item. Due to inherent nature of the virtual items, these cannot be returned. Once you make payment and get download link, the copy of that item becomes yours.
